We hope this message finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same—our commitment to your oral health and safety.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). With the recent pandemic and COVID-19 guidelines on “social” (physical) distancing, our office will be following certain procedures and changes to our “usual routine.”
Patients and/or those accompanying them are asked to wear a mask to the office.
We will request that you wash your hands upon entry or use a hand sanitizer that will be provided.
Please brush your teeth before arriving in the office. The tooth brushing station will be closed. An oral rinse (mouthwash) will be provided chairside.
A Wellness screening will be performed upon entry that will consist of taking the patient’s temperature and answering a few health-related questions.
There will be limited reception room seating, and seating will also be available in the hallways at both the Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks office locations.
We will request limited guardian/patient seating in the clinic bay.
The coffee station and magazines have been discontinued during this pandemic.
